बुदनी पुलिस द्वारा 15 पेटी अंग्रेजी व देशी शराब सहित कार जप्त japt Aajtak24 News 

सीहोर - घटना का संक्षिप्त विवरण- लोकसभा चुनाव में कानून एवं शांति व्यवस्था को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक  सीहोर श्री मयंक अवस्थी के निर्देशानुसार अति. पुलिस अधीक्षक सीहोर श्री गीतेश गर्ग एवं एसडीओपी  बुधनी श्री शंशाक सिंह गुर्जर के मार्गदर्शन तथा थाना प्रभारी बुधनी के नेतृत्व में चैकिंग के दौरान एक सफेद रंग की कार गडरियानाले पर भोपाल तरफ से आई जिसे रोकने का प्रयास किया तो वह नही रूकी एवं कार के चालक ने कार को तेजी से चलाकर भगाया जिसका पीछा किया तो कार चालक ने कार को गुंजारीनाला के पास स्थित राम जानकी मंदिर जर्ऱापुर रोड पर भगाकर ले गया औऱ मंदिर के पास गाड़ी खड़ी करके अज्ञात चालक गाड़ी छोड़कर भाग गया गाड़ी को चैक किया तो गाड़ी की पीछे की डिग्गी में शराब की पेटिया रखी हुई थी जिसमे 09 पेटी बीयर , दो पेटी सफेद प्लेन देशी शराब , एक पेटी अंग्रेजी शराब गोवा कम्पनी की, दो पेटी अग्रेंजी शराब इम्पीरियल ब्लू कम्पनी के, एक पेटी रॉयल स्टेज अग्रेंजी शराब की कुल 15 पेटी अवैध शराब 160.92 लीटर कीमती करीब 73000 रूपये एवं कार क्रमांक MP 04 CG0848 कीमती करीब 6 लाख रूपये की जप्त कर कार के अज्ञात चालक के विरूद्ध अपराध क्रमांक 149/24 धारा 34(2) आबकारी एक्ट में प्रकऱण पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना मे लिया गया। कार के रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर के आधार पर आरोपी की तलाश की जा रही है। सराहनीय भूमिका- उक्त कार्यवाही में निरी. चैनसिंह रघुवंशी , सउनि रामकृष्ण गौर, प्रआऱ. सतीश रणवीर, प्रआऱ. घनश्याम दमाड़े , आऱ. प्रशांत चतुर्वेदी का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है।

Sehore - Brief description of the incident - Keeping in view the law and order in the Lok Sabha elections, as per the instructions of Superintendent of Police, Sehore, Shri Mayank Awasthi. During checking under the guidance of Superintendent of Police, Sehore Mr. Geetesh Garg and SDOP Budhni Mr. Shanshak Singh Gurjar and under the leadership of Police Station Incharge Budhni, a white colored car came from Bhopal side at Gadrianala, when I tried to stop it, it did not stop and the driver of the car. When the car was driven fast and chased, the car driver took the car to Ram Janaki Temple near Gunjarinala on Jarrapur Road and after parking the car near the temple, the unknown driver left the car and ran away. When I checked the car, I found the rear side of the car. There were boxes of liquor kept in the trunk which included 09 boxes of beer, two boxes of white plain country liquor, one box of English liquor of Goa Company, two boxes of English liquor of Imperial Blue Company, one box of Royal Stage English Liquor, a total of 15 boxes of illegal liquor 160.92 A liter worth about Rs 73000 and car number MP 04 CG0848 worth about Rs 6 lakh were seized and a case registered under crime number 149/24 Section 34(2) of the Excise Act against the unknown driver of the car and taken up for investigation.
