महासमुंद - भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा आदर्श आचरण संहिता के उल्लंघन वाली शिकायतों के निवारण के लिए सी-विजिल एप तैयार किया गया है। इस एप के जरिए कोई भी नागरिक राजनैतिक दलों या प्रत्याशियों द्वारा मतदाताओं को लुभाने के लिए किसी भी तरह से धन, सामग्री, जेवरात आदि का वितरण करने, मतदाताओं को उनके पक्ष में मतदान करने के लिए धमकाने, मतदाताओं का स्वयं के वाहन से परिवहन करने, किसी भवन स्वामी की अनुमति के बिना उसके भवन या दीवारों पर प्रचार सामग्री लगाने या दीवार पर विज्ञापन लिखवाने सहित अन्य प्रकार की शिकायत कर सकता है। इसके लिए नागरिक को ऐसी किसी भी घटना की जानकारी होने पर फोटो या वीडियो सी-विजिल एप पर अपलोड करना होगा। शिकायत पर अगले 100 मिनट के भीतर कार्यवाही की जाएगी। नागरिक निर्वाचन में आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन से जुड़ी किसी भी प्रकार की सीधी शिकायत करना चाहते हैं, तो वे सी-विजिल एप के माध्यम से कर सकते हैं। इस एप के जरिए 100 मिनट में शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया जायेगा। इसके लिए संबंधित नागरिक को गूगल प्ले स्टोर पर जाकर सी-विजिल एप को डाउनलोड करना होगा।

If citizens want to make any direct complaint related to violation of code of conduct in elections, they can do so through C-Vigil app. Through this app the complaint will be resolved within 100 minutes. For this, the concerned citizen will have to go to Google Play Store and download the C-Vigil app.
