| कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर राजस्व एवं कृषि विभाग की संयुक्त टीम फसल क्षति का आंकलन कर रही rahi Aaj Tak 24 News |
सरगुजा - जिले में विगत तीन दिनों से लगातार हो रही बेमौसम बारिश के कारण सरगुजा विभिन्न ग्रामों में किसानों की फसलों को क्षति की आशंका है, जिसपर कलेक्टर श्री विलास भोस्कर द्वारा त्वरित संज्ञान लिया गया है और कलेक्टर ने राजस्व एवं कृषि विभाग की टीम को संयुक्त रूप से क्षति का आंकलन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर किसानों को हुई क्षति का आंकलन करने राजस्व और कृषि विभाग के मैदानी अमले सर्वेक्षण कर रहे हैं। एसडीएम, तहसीलदार, पटवारी एवं कृषि विभाग के मैदानी अमले के द्वारा अलग अलग टीम बनाकर बेमौसम बारिश के कारण हुए फसल क्षति का सर्वेक्षण कर आंकलन किया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर के निर्देश अनुसार प्रभावित गांव में किसानों के साथ मौके पर जाकर किसानों की उपस्थिति में क्षति का आंकलन किया जा रहा है। उल्लेखनीय है कि कलेक्टर द्वारा निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि किसानों को जो फसल की क्षति हुई है, उसका रकबा परीक्षण किया जाए तथा पात्र किसानों को राजस्व पुस्तक परिपत्र खण्ड 6 क्रमांक 4 के तहत प्रकरण तैयार कर मुआवजा दिये जाने के प्रावधान के अनुरूप कार्यवाही की जाए। नोडल अधिकारी डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री बनसिंह नेताम ने बताया कि फसल क्षति के सर्वेक्षण के साथ पशु क्षति का भी सर्वेक्षण किया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में तहसील मैनपाट के ग्राम कुदारीडीह में कृषक कौशिल्या को 07 पशु गाज गिरने से मृत्यु पर पशु क्षति हुई जिसका मौके पर पंचनामा बना कर प्रकरण बनाया गया।

Surguja - Due to the continuous unseasonal rains in the district for the last three days, there is a possibility of damage to the crops of the farmers in various villages of Surguja, on which immediate cognizance has been taken by Collector Shri Vilas Bhoskar and the Collector has jointly sent the team of Revenue and Agriculture Department. Instructions have been given to assess the damage properly. On the instructions of the Collector, field staff of the Revenue and Agriculture Department are conducting surveys to assess the damage caused to the farmers. SDM, Tehsildar, Patwari and field staff of Agriculture Department have formed separate teams to survey and assess the crop damage caused due to unseasonal rains. As per the instructions of the Collector, the damage is being assessed in the presence of the farmers by visiting the spot in the affected village. It is noteworthy that instructions have been given by the Collector that the area of crop damage to the farmers should be examined and action should be taken as per the provision of compensation to the eligible farmers by preparing a case under Revenue Book Circular Volume 6 Number 4. . Nodal Officer Deputy Collector Shri Bansingh Netam said that along with the survey of crop damage, animal damage is also being surveyed. In the same series, farmer Kaushilya in village Kudaridih of Tehsil Mainpat suffered loss of life due to falling of 7 cattle gauze, a case was registered by preparing Panchnama on the spot.
