कोरिया - जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय ने आज जिला पंचायत के मंथन कक्ष में आगामी लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 की तैयारी के लिए ईवीएम/वीवीपैट और मतदान दिवस प्रबंधन पर जिला स्तरीय मास्टर प्रशिक्षकों के लिए प्रशिक्षण सत्र का आयोजन किया गया था। कलेक्टर व जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री विनय कुमार लंगेह ने प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य के बारे में बताया कि मतदान अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षित करने और स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव सफलतापूर्वक कराने के लिए अपने कौशल से लैस करना है। उन्होंने पीठासीन अधिकारियों, प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय मतदान अधिकारी की भूमिका और जिम्मेदारियों, मतदान दिवस की गतिविधियों, मॉक पोल, नियंत्रण इकाइयों और वीवीपैट की सीलिंग पर जानकारी दी। इसके अलावा मतदाताओं के रजिस्टर, मतदान प्रक्रिया, मतदाता सत्यापन, चुनाव के दौरान विशेष परिस्थितियों से निपटने, मतदान समापन और परिवहन पर भी चर्चा की गई। श्री लंगेह ने कहा कि आप सबको आयोग के दिशा-निर्देश पर ही काम करना होगा। कहीं कोई दिक्कत आशंका हो तो अपने वरिष्ठों से मार्गदर्शन अवश्य प्राप्त करें। जिला पंचायत के सीईओ डॉ आशुतोष चतुर्वेदी ने प्रशिक्षणार्थियों से कहा कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 हेतु  आचार संहिता लागू हो गई है। ऐसे में आप सब विगत विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2023 में बहुत ही जिम्मेदारी के साथ काम किए हैं। आशा है इस प्रशिक्षण सत्र में आप सब जिम्मेदारी के साथ अपने दायित्वों को समझे और लोकसभा निर्वाचन में निष्पक्ष के साथ सावधानी पूर्वक कार्य करेंगे।

Korea - District Election Office today organized a training session for District Level Master Trainers on EVM/VVPAT and Polling Day Management in preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha General Elections 2024 at the Brainstorming Room of District Panchayat. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Vinay Kumar Langeh explained the objective of the training is to train the polling officers and equip them with their skills to successfully conduct free and fair elections. He gave information on the role and responsibilities of Presiding Officers, First, Second and Third Polling Officer, polling day activities, mock poll, control units and sealing of VVPATs. Apart from this, voters' register, voting process, voter verification, dealing with special circumstances during elections, polling closing and transportation were also discussed. Shri Langeh said that you all will have to work only on the guidelines of the Commission. If you suspect any problem, please seek guidance from your superiors. District Panchayat CEO Dr Ashutosh Chaturvedi told the trainees that the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 has come into force. In such a situation, all of you have worked with great responsibility in the last assembly elections 2023. It is hoped that in this training session, all of you will understand your responsibilities with responsibility and will work carefully and impartially in the Lok Sabha elections.
