रीवा - जिले के गढ़ थाना अंतर्गत देवधर तहसील के करहिया ग्राम में पुलिस ने छापा मार कार्यवाही कर 2380 पौधे अफीम के प्याज और गेहूं के खेत से बरामद किए जिसकी अनुमानित कीमत 20 लाख साथ ही एक कुंटल अफीम बरामद की रीवा जिले में नशा की प्रवृत्तियां भारत में अपना स्थान अर्जित कर रही है जहां प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर आई जी रीवा पद स्थापना उपरांत ही रीवा जिले में नशा और नशेड़ियों और युवाओं की हो रही बर्बाद जिंदगियां और अपराध के बढ़ती संख्या पर चिंतित होकर समस्त जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को नशा और नशेड़ी का व्यापार करने वालों पर कठोर कार्यवाही का निर्देश किया दिया गया इसी के तहत रीवा जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक विवेक सिंह मऊगंज जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक विवेक लाल समस्त अपने अनुभव के उन विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि किसी भी तरह के नशा और नशा के कारोबार के में सन्निपट लोगों के ऊपर चिन्हित कर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए इसी के परिपालन में अनविभागीय अधिकारी पुलिस मंगला डॉक्टर कृपा शंकर द्विवेदी द्वारा अपने अनुभव थाना क्षेत्र पर सत्य कार्रवाई करने का आदेश जारी किया गया जहां अभी हाल में गढ़ थाने में पदस्थ थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक विकास कपीश द्वाराअपने स्टाफ को यह निर्देशित किया गया की समस्त बीट प्रभारी अपने बीट क्षेत्र पर भ्रमण कर नशा और नशे के कारोबारी की जानकारी जुटाएं जिससे वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के आदेश का पालन करते हुए कार्यवाही की जा सके इसी कार्यक्रम में मुखबिर की सूचना पर ग्राम करहिया तहसील देवघर थाना गढ़ में रमेश लुनिया कमलेश लुनिया पिता केदार लुनिया के खेत से 2380 पौधे अफीम के बरामद किए गए जिसमें प्रमुख सूचना संकलन करने में आरक्षक आशुतोष मिश्रा का रहा जिनकी सूचना पर थाना प्रभारी विकास कपीश ने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के मार्गदर्शन निर्देशन उपरांत करहिया गांव में दृश्य दी जहां यह देखकर स्तंभित रह गए कि रीवा जिले में इतनी बड़ी मात्रा में अफीम की खेती की जा रही है शायद यह रीवा जिले की सबसे बड़ी और पहली घटना है अफीम की खेती मूलतः मध्य प्रदेश की मंदसौर नीमच रतलाम की जाती है और इसकी अनुमति भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय के वित्त मंत्री से प्रदान होती है जहां सरकार की देखरेख में किस उत्पादन कर सरकार के पास अफीम की मात्रा जमा करते हैं यह अफीम के पौधे से पुस्तक के दाने जिसे खसखस भी कहा जाता है इसका काफी रेट है इसका सर्व अधिक जन चर्चा नशा और हीरोइन बनने के काम में आती है किंतु इसका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य दवा के रूप पर भी बनाई जाती हैयह फसल सितंबर और अक्टूबर में रपति होती है और 120 से 130 दिन में तैयार होती है जहां फूल के बाद फल लगते हैं और फल में चीरा लगाकर उसके दूध से जो गार्ड निकलती है उसी को अफीम कहते हैं और फल से पुस्तक के दाने निकलते हैं जिसकी कीमत लाखों रुपए किलो में होती है यह भारत में सर्वाधिक शान द्वारा राजस्थान उत्तर प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश के कुछ गिने-चुने जिलों में ही उत्पादन की जाती है बिना अनुमति के अफीम की खेती करने पर कठोर कार्यवाही और दंड का भी प्रावधान है इस संबंध में खाना प्रभारी गढ़ विकास कपीश द्वारा बताया गया है कि अभी इसकी वृहद जांच प्रारंभ है जांच उपरांत ही यह बताया जा सकता है कि वास्तविक आरोपी और कितने वर्षों से यह खेती की जा रही है और इस खेती में संबंधित व्यक्तियों द्वारा क्या अभी तक कितनी अफीम का उत्पादन कर कहां बेचा गया और यह किसके मार्गदर्शन में और कैसे खेती का उत्पादन शुरू किया गया अनविभागीय अधिकारी डॉक्टर कृपा शंकर द्विवेदी द्वारा बताया गया है कि मेरे द्वारा अभी पूर्व में गांजे के हरे पौधे बरामद किए गए और अफीम के हरे पौधे बरामद किए गए अब इसके बाद मेडिकल नशा और सुख गांजा और अन्य नशाओं को नशेड़ियों को चिन्हित किया जा चुका है सब के ऊपर क्रमबद्ध कार्यवाहियां जल्द से जल्द की जाएगी।
