जिले की समस्त विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में सम्पत्ति विरूपण के तहत दल गठित gathit Aaj Tak 24 News  

उज्जैन - लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन के अन्तर्गत उज्जैन जिले की सातों विधानसभा सेगमेंट के ग्रामीण एवं नगरीय क्षेत्रांतर्गत मप्र सम्पत्ति विरूपण निवारण अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री नीरज कुमार सिंह ने विधानसभावार दलों का गठन किया है। गठित दल सम्बन्धित विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में आयोग के निर्देशानुसार आदर्श आचार संहिता का पालन कराने के लिये उत्तरदायी होंगे। शासकीय सम्पत्ति, सार्वजनिक उपयोग के स्थानों एवं निजी भवनों/सम्पत्ति से सम्पत्ति विरूपण हटाये जाने की कार्यवाही कर प्रतिदिन की रिपोर्ट सम्बन्धित सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के माध्यम से जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय एवं एमसीसी के नोडल अधिकारी को प्रस्तुत करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। दलों का प्रशिक्षण आज शनिवार 16 मार्च को दोपहर 12.30 बजे प्रशासनिक संकुल भवन के द्वितीय तल के सभाकक्ष में आयोजित होगा। कलेक्टर ने दल के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि वे निर्धारित तिथि एवं समय पर अनिवार्यत: प्रशिक्षण में उपस्थित होना सुनिश्चित करें। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री नीरज कुमार सिंह ने इस सम्बन्ध में आदेश जारी कर दिया है। आदेश के तहत सम्बन्धित विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के तहसीलदार, जनपद पंचायत सीईओ, नगरीय निकायों के अधिकारी, नगर निगम क्षेत्र में उज्जैन उत्तर एवं दक्षिण क्षेत्र में नगर पालिका आयुक्त, एडीएम, एएसपी, थाना प्रभारियों को दल में शामिल किया गया है। नागदा-खाचरौद विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिये दल में 9 अधिकारी, महिदपुर के लिये दल में 10 अधिकारी, तराना के लिये दल में 8 अधिकारी, घट्टिया के लिये दल में 12 अधिकारी, उज्जैन उत्तर के लिये दल में 4 अधिकारी, उज्जैन दक्षिण के लिये दल में 5 अधिकारी, बड़नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिये दल में 6 अधिकारी रहेंगे।

Parties formed under property defacement in all assembly constituencies of the district

Ujjain - Under the Madhya Pradesh Property Deformation Prevention Act, Collector and District Election Officer Shri Neeraj Kumar Singh has formed assembly-wise parties in the rural and urban areas of all seven assembly segments of Ujjain district under the Lok Sabha general elections. The formed parties will be responsible for following the model code of conduct as per the instructions of the Commission in the respective assembly constituencies. After taking action to remove property defacement from government property, places of public use and private buildings/property, we will ensure to submit daily report to the District Election Office and Nodal Officer of MCC through the concerned Assistant Returning Officer. The training of the teams will be held today, Saturday, March 16, at 12.30 pm in the meeting room on the second floor of the Administrative Complex building. The Collector has instructed the officers of the team to ensure that they compulsorily attend the training on the scheduled date and time. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Neeraj Kumar Singh has issued an order in this regard. Under the order, Tehsildars of the respective assembly constituencies, District Panchayat CEO, officials of urban bodies, Municipal Corporation Commissioner in Ujjain North and South region, ADM, ASP, Police Station Incharges have been included in the team. 9 officers in the team for Nagda-Khachrod assembly constituency, 10 officers in the team for Mahidpur, 8 officers in the team for Tarana, 12 officers in the team for Ghatiya, 4 officers in the team for Ujjain North, team for Ujjain South. There will be 5 officers in the team, for Badnagar assembly constituency there will be 6 officers in the team.
