कलेक्टर श्री प्रसाद ने किया जिला स्तरीय अपील समिति का गठन gathan Aaj Tak 24 News 

कटनी  -  भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश लोकसभा निर्वाचन की तिथियों की घोषणा के उपरांत आम जनता तथा नागरिकों को असुविधा से बचाने के लिए कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी अवि प्रसाद ने जिला स्तरीय अपील समिति का गठन किया है। आयोग के निर्देश पर कलेक्टर द्वारा गठित  इस जिला स्तरीय अपील समिति के अध्यक्ष जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी होंगे। जबकि नोडल अधिकारी व्यय निगरानी समन्वयक सचिव और जिला कोषालय अधिकारी को सदस्य बनाया गया है। यह समिति पुलिस, एस.एस.टी, एफ.एस.टी द्वारा की जाने वाली प्रत्येक जप्ती जिसके विरूद्ध कोई शिकायत दर्ज नही ंकी गई हो उसका स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर परीक्षण कर आयोग के निर्देशानुसार एक सकारण आदेश पारित करेगी।

Collector Shri Prasad formed district level appeal committee

Katni - After the announcement of Madhya Pradesh Lok Sabha election dates by the Election Commission of India, Collector and District Election Officer Avi Prasad has constituted a District Level Appeal Committee to save the general public and citizens from inconvenience. The Chairman of this District Level Appeal Committee constituted by the Collector on the instructions of the Commission will be the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat. Whereas Nodal Officer Expenditure Monitoring Coordinator Secretary and District Treasury Officer have been made members. This committee will take suo motu cognizance and examine every seizure made by the police, SST, FST against which no complaint has been registered and pass a positive order as per the instructions of the Commission.
