शाजापुर - रबी विपणन वर्ष 2024-25 में समर्थन मूल्य पर किये जा रहे उपार्जन की समीक्षा आज कलेक्टर सुश्री ऋजु बाफना ने वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से की। इस दौरान अपर कलेक्टर श्री बीएस सोलंकी एवं प्रभारी आपूर्ति अधिकारी श्री देवेन्द्र शर्मा भी उपस्थित थे। वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग में अनुविभागीय अधिकारी शुजालपुर श्रीमती अर्चना कुमारी, शाजापुर सुश्री मनीषा वास्कले, सीईओ सीसीबी श्री विशेष श्रीवास्तव, डीआरसीएस श्री ओपी गुप्ता सहित खरीदी से जुड़े अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे। कलेक्टर ने समर्थन मूल्य पर की जा रही खरीदी से संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि वे अपने दायित्वो का निर्वहन ठीक से करें। खरीदी केन्द्रों पर प्रात: 8.00 बजे से खरीदी शुरू हो। खरीदी केन्द्रों पर तौल-कांटों की कमी नहीं आने दें। सभी तौल-कांटों का नापतौल निरीक्षक परीक्षण करें। बारदानों की छपाई का कार्य स्वच्छ और व्यवस्थित करें। तौल के बाद बारदानों की सिलाई के दौरान व्यवस्थित टेगिंग करांए। टेग पर किसान का कोड भी दर्ज करें। नॉन एफएक्यू गेहूं की खरीदी किसी भी स्थिति में न हो। किसानों द्वारा लाए गए गेहूं का परीक्षण सर्वेयर करें। कचरा आदि होने पर उसे छनवाएं। जिन केन्द्रों पर ज्यादा भीड़ हो रही है वहां तौलकांटे बढ़ाकर खरीदी सुनिश्चित कराएं। सीईओ जनपद पंचायत एवं एनआरएलएम के अधिकारी सुनिश्चित करें कि ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के महिला स्वसहायता समूहों के माध्यम से की जा रही खरीदी में पुरूष शामिल न हो, खरीदी का कार्य महिलाएं ही करें। इसके लिए प्रतिदिन स्वसहायता समूह के अध्यक्ष से अनुविभागीय अधिकारी चर्चा कर फीडबैक प्राप्त करते रहें। किसानों से जिस दिन गेहूं खरीदा गया हो, उसी दिन उसका बिल बनना चाहिये। सर्वेयर नॉन एफएक्यू की जाँच के लिए निर्धारित मात्रा में ही किसानों का गेहूं लें।

During this, Additional Collector Mr. BS Solanki and Incharge Supply Officer Mr. Devendra Sharma were also present. Sub-divisional officer Shujalpur Mrs. Archana Kumari, Shajapur Ms. Manisha Vaskle, CEO CCB Mr. Vishesh Srivastava, DRCS Mr. OP Gupta and officials related to procurement were present in the video conferencing. The Collector instructed the officials related to the purchases being made at support price to discharge their responsibilities properly. Procurement should start at the procurement centers from 8.00 am. There should be no shortage of weighing scales at procurement centres. The weighing inspector should test all the weighing scales. Keep gunny printing work clean and organized. After weighing, systematic tagging should be done while sewing the gunny bags. Also enter the farmer's code on the tag. Non-FAQ Wheat should not be purchased under any circumstances. Surveyors should test the wheat brought by farmers. If there is garbage etc, get it filtered. Ensure procurement by increasing the weighing scales at centers where there is heavy crowd. CEO, District Panchayat and NRLM officials should ensure that men are not involved in the purchases being made through women self-help groups of Rural Livelihood Mission, only women should do the purchasing work. For this, sub-divisional officers should discuss with the president of the self-help group every day and keep getting feedback. The bill should be prepared on the day wheat is purchased from the farmers. Surveyors should take only prescribed quantity of wheat from farmers for checking non-FAQs.
